So Many Directions, So Many Decisions, Too Little Time…
Life, these days, seems more chaotic than ever! We are overloaded with information, tasks, responsibilities, and commitments. We’re distracted and pulled in many directions. And just when we think we have a handle on this thing called “life,” something changes and throws us into a tizzy.
We have to think quickly and make fast decisions.
We have to balance work, life, family, friends, and personal time (if we even get any). And more! Gads! We are constantly on the run, feeling pressured from every angle.
Put all of those factors together, and it’s only a matter of time before we crash and burn. Opportunities will pass us by. We will sink into a funk knowing we are not living up to our fullest potential, not realizing our dreams, or, worse yet, feel trapped by circumstances with no way out.
No wonder many of us are constantly irritated and in conflict with others – and ourselves! Stop the craziness and…breathe!
