Each Day, A Gift
We have come through one of the most challenging years of our lives. A year where taking stock of what matters most came to the forefront of our world. Love, connection, health, safety all rose as significant needs during a time when so many of us felt alone and fearful of the unknown.
As we look ahead to a New Year, I invite you to consider these three questions:
What things are the most important to you?
How can you nurture those things more fully?
How would your life change if you did?
Take time to reflect, meditate, journal, pray. Dig deep and listen to the wisdom that rises up. Take heed of the insights you glean and put them into action.
Make every day count. Let go of the nonsense and give your precious time and attention to those things that matter most.
No need to wait until the New Year rolls around. Start now because none of us know how much time we actually have.
And each day is a gift.
